Load was picked up and delivered on time, but there were a number of times dispatch was unresponsive for long periods of time and we even found out the driver that was booked on the load was not the driver that was actually on it. That was one of the main reasons tracking wasn't working at all. On the plus side the load was delivered in perfect condition.
