The driver arrived on time for each appt and he called ahead with his ETA as required. Tracking was great, onboarding was simple. Driver and dispatcher did communicate with me very well. I like to be kept updated on everything but they did just enough communication to get by. Both guys were super friendly and easy to work with.

Very pleasant experience working with driver Naweed. He made sure to be very timely. Let me know the moment he arrived at the shipper and the moment he was fully loaded on leaving. Tracking worked perfectly for the entire length of the trip so I could get regular ETAs for delivery. Naweed even sent over the in and out times from the receiver right away. Nice job
