Tracking was great and onboarding was pretty easy. Dispatcher and driver did a very good job communicating to everyone involved. The driver was on time for each appt but he failed to call the receiver with his ETA as required. Thankfully they able to work him in the same day.

Overall experience with Chris and Derek was good. Derek consistently tracked the whole entire haul with no issues. Both provided great communication about the load when needed and was on time for both pick up and delivery appointments.
